This is not a statement of ego or permanence of form. It is a recognition of what remains when everything else falls away. Truth does not age. It does not weaken with time or circumstance. It does not depend on approval, memory, or belief. Truth simply is. And when I live from truth, I am living from what can’t be threatened.
To live truth is not to act certainty. It is to rest in alignment. It is the quiet honesty of being here with what is real, without distortion or defense. Truth does not rush. It does not argue. It does not need to be proven. It stands on its own, steady and enough.
When I live truth, I am not clinging to identity, story, or role. I am allowing what is false to dissolve naturally. What remains is not fragile. It is not temporary. It is not prone to the rise and fall of circumstances. Truth is eternal because it is not created. It is revealed.
Eternity is not something that begins later. It is not a reward or a future state. Eternity is the depth of this moment when it is fully inhabited. It is the presence beneath thought, beneath fear, beneath striving. When I live truth, I am already standing in eternity.
The body changes. The mind shifts. Seasons pass. But truth does not move. It is the same in joy and in grief, in clarity and in uncertainty. It is the ground that holds every experience without being altered by any of them.
Living truth does not remove me from the world. It roots me more deeply within it. I speak more simply. I act more cleanly. I no longer need to protect an image or defend a position. Truth carries its own authority.
Because truth is eternal, it can’t be lost. It can’t be taken. It can’t be diminished by misunderstanding or rejection. When I live truth, I am living from what has always been here and will always stay.
Hence, I am not defined by what passes. I am defined by what endures. I live truth. Truth is eternal. And so am I.
This is not something I strive to become. It is something I remember. It is something I return to. Again and again, I choose to live from what is real. And in that choosing, I rest.
